Brunch it up with a Breakfast Califlour Pizza

It is never too early to prepare for your next brunch. Before brunch is even over, I am thinking of what can I create for brunch next! Yesterday while in the middle of brunching with friends, this recipe came to mind and it is super easy! Wow, your friends this weekend with a twist on brunch by introducing pizza to the breakfast menu.

You can create your own crust but I am currently obsessed with these pre-made cauliflower, dairy free and gluten free, pizza crusts from Califlour Foods.




Califlour crust

3 organic free range eggs

pesto or create your own

3 handfuls of spinach

1 avocado

2 from the vine tomatoes


preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit

cook crust for 10 minutes

cook eggs, sunny side up style

wilt spinach on the stove

when the crust is done top with pesto, spinach, eggs, avocado and tomatoes
